Seven more Pakistani Players test Positive for Corona Virus, Three added this Monday, Total Ten!

The lost of the players tested positive are: Kashif Bhatti, Muhammad Hasnain, Fakhar Zaman, Muhammad Rizwan, Imran Khan, Hafeez and Riaz. Shadab Khan, Haider Ali and Haris Rauf were the three, who were tested positive on Monday.

The PCB, in an recent interaction, said that 3 Pakistani players had been tested positive for the Corona virus, in addition to the latest news, Seven more players are now tested positive for the Virus. Also, a support staff was tested positive. The seven Pakistan cricketers, including Muhammad Hafeez and Wahab Riaz, selected for the tour of England have tested positive for COVID-19.

The last of the players tested positive are: Kashif Bhatti, Muhammad Hasnain, Fakhar Zaman, Muhammad Rizwan, Imran Khan, Hafeez and Riaz. Shadab Khan, Haider Ali and Haris Rauf were the three, who were tested positive on Monday.

“It is not a great situation to be in and what it shows is these are 10 fit and young athletes...if it can happen to players it can happen to anyone,” The PCB CEO said on an recent interview.

He also added that, another round of test will be carfied out for the confirmation in Lahore on June 25 and also a revised squad would be announced the next day.

Cricket was going to resume after a long break but the virus has again come to disturb the players. As the players are fit, they could recover soon. “It is a matter of concern but we shouldn’t panic at this time as we have time on our hands,” Khan said.
