1. The Philippines is the only country in the world apart from Vatican city where divorce is illegal.The only option is to get an annulment which is long and tedious process that requires one partner to claim that spouse is psychologically incapacitated to get married. 3. In Hong Kong wife are allowed to kill their husband if they found them cheating . According to ancient Chinese law, in Hong Kong, it is legal for a woman to murder her husband if he is caught cheating. 4. Not visiting or taking care of one's aged parents is legally punishable crime in China. Grown children in China must visit their parents or potentially face fines or jail, a new law that came into effect. 6.In Russia, it's illegal to drive a dirty car. Well, some websites also say that "contrary to widespread belief, it isn't illegal to drive a dirty car in Russia. However, it is an offence to drive with a dirty number plate."
7. In Singapore, chewing gum is illegal, you can get find out $2000. The chewing gum sales ban in Singapore has been in place since 1992. Since 2004, an exception has existed for therapeutic, dental, nicotine chewing gum, which can be bought from a doctor or registered pharmacist.

9. Bangladeshi children of 15 and older can be sent to jail for cheating in their final exam. Wow, amazing. Unless they think yourself cheating in the finals. But don't worry, only in Bangladesh.

10. Running out of petrol is illegal on Germany's Autobahn and so is walking alone. It is illegal to run out of gas on the Autobahn. The reason why it is illegal is that stopping on the highway due to insufficient petrol can be avoided and is a human error and therefore punishable.
11. In Victoria, Australia, it is illegal to change a light bulb unless you are licensed electrician. The Electricity Safety Act makes it illegal to do your own electrical work if you are not licensed, changing a light bulb and removing a plug from a socket were specifically exempted. Click here .
12. In Denmark attempting escape from jail is not illegal. However, in Mexico, officers are allowed to shoot prisoners attempting to escape, and an escape is illegal if violence is used against prison personnel or property, or if prison inmates or officials aid the escape.
